The Vatican Museums, “Musei Vaticani” is said to be the richest compilation of art in the world. Teatro Olimpico is taken as the best place to enjoy the charm of dance in Italy. Also the Filarmonica is perfect for ethnic and contemporary allurements. If you love Opera, plan your trip to Rome during November to March, when the Opera season is at its best.
A visit to the impressive ‘Coliseum’ is considered to be must in any Rome tourism plan. This ancient amphitheatre is a the best example of Italy’s cultural and scientific richness. The eternal city of Rome is among the most visited places in Europe. If you are planning your trip to Rome wisely then chances are not have a problem in finding accommodations throughout most of the year. If you will only be in Rome for a short time and plan on taking the train to another destination, you might want to stay near Termini. Driving in you could opt for the outskirts of the city to get better rates. Visiting for Religious reasons, the Vatican area has some very nice hotels. But, if you want to be in the middle of all the action and not have too far to walk, try to find a good deal near Trevi Fountain or the Spanish Steps.
